Once you have posted a listing on Taloki, you can expect to start receiving messages sent through our portal by perspective clients asking for more information or an opportunity to visit the property.
These will appear in the My messages inbox featured on your account page. To better ensure that you don’t miss out on sales opportunities, as long as you are a registered user of our site, we’ll send an alert to the email address you use to register whenever a new message is routed to your Taloki inbox.
You will be able to respond to these queries by telephone and/or email. The message form provided to prospective buyers on our site requires them to provide both forms of contact information.
Don’t worry about receiving messages in a language you don’t speak. The Taloki team will help you communicate with your foreign-language clients from the first contact you have with them to the close of the sale.
