Whether you are a private individual looking to sell a single property or a real estate professional with a large portfolio, Taloki offers you the opportunity to give your listings a higher level of visibility, multiply your contacts, and increase your chances of finding buyers.
Take advantage of our sector experience. The first step is to create a Taloki account and log in. In the section of your account page labeled My properties, you can list as many rental or sale properties as you desire for free.
This is a simple process that will only take you a few minutes to complete. Start by clicking on List for free. This will open a new window that will allow you to provide details about the property you wish to sell or rent. Follow these easy steps:
1) Select the country the property is located in and enter your contact data (first and last names and telephone number).
2) Select a basic category (residential, lot, commercial) and indicate a specific type of property within that category (flat or house, office space, commercial space, warehouse, etc.). Next, indicate whether you are looking to sell or rent this particular property, the price you are asking, and the total square meters it contains.
3) Enter the name of the municipality where it is located and the address in the appropriate fields. If you click on Verify this address, our geolocation system will mark the exact location of the property in red on a map of the neighborhood in which it is situated. Should the property not have a street number, you can manually adjust the location of the marker on the map. Once you have finished, click on the OK. Continue icon.
4) Now you can add more detailed information about the property such as the number of rooms and bathrooms it features.
5) At this point, you have the option of highlighting other characteristics of the property. Remember that the more potential clients know about a property, the more likely they are to become seriously interested in buying it. You may therefore be interested in offering additional information such as whether or not it comes with a parking space, garage, or storage space, features a terrace, or is being sold or rented furnished.
6) We also provide a space in which you can enter a more detailed description that will appear in the listing. If you wish to showcase your property to an international audience, we offer you the option of providing a description in several languages.
Once you have completed this section, click on the OK. Next icon to move to the next step.
7) Now you can upload photographs to give prospective clients a better idea of how it looks and whether it matches what they are searching for. Studies indicate that people are more apt to request additional information or an appointment to view a property if the listing includes photographs.
We charge absolutely nothing for the inclusion of photographs in our listings and strongly recommend that you upload a variety of high quality photographs of the property or properties you wish to sell or rent. Don’t worry about the dimensions of the images you upload to our site. We will adjust them for you.
Once you have added your photos, click on the OK. Next icon. You can now review the data you have entered. You’ll note that the property has been assigned a Taloki inventory number and appears in the My Properties section of your account page. Our team will subsequently review and verify the data you have entered and send you a message confirming your listing.
You can edit your listings from your account page whenever you want.
