Porto is a small, but densely populated and economically significant district of Portugal with the capital of the same name - Porto. As in all of Portugal in general, most of them concern luxury real estate by the sea. Basically these are objects. located in the first line from the ocean and having an ennobled house territory with a swimming pool, a small garden, a tennis court. The popularity of housing in this price category is explained by the laws of Portugal.  

Although in the region there are also proposals for very modest amounts. But the house for this money will require a large major repair. In addition, there is also no need to talk about the proximity of the coast.
