La Coruna is a small province, which is located in the north of Spain. It is part of the autonomous community of Galicia. The administrative center is considered to be the city with the same name - La Coruña.

Due to the peculiarities of climate, resorts of this region are not very popular among our countrymen, who are looking for beach activities. Velvet season lasts from June to August, and the air temperature rarely rises above 29 degrees. In the province of La Coruña is located the longest beach in Europe. Its length is over 10 km. The beaches are well equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, in addition, there are a lot of playgrounds, volleyball fields and rental centers of sports equipment.

If you want to change the activity, except for lying on the beach you can go shopping. In La Coruña there are several major shopping centers, including the Plaza de Lugo Municipal Market. There are a number of shops and boutiques in different directions.

At the entrance to the bay of La Coruna is located the Tower of Hercules.
