Costa Valencia - is a resort area including the Valencia coast of Spain southern from the Costa Blanca. It's almost the most southern region of the country, that's why it is quite warm here all year round: in winter - 18-20C, and in the summer - 30C. 

The sea on one side and hills on the other one protect the coast band from the severe weather extremes and droughts, which attracts many foreign tourists, as well as the Spanish people, who go here to escape from the continental drought.

The nearest airport is located in Valencia, to be more specific, in 9 kilometers from it - in one of the suburbs. The ticket costs 180 euros and the flight takes about four and a half hours. Some prefer to change in Barcelona, ​​and from there take a bus to Valencia or on the coast itself.

The transport system of the region is well-developed, and therefore even if you decide to buy a piece of land on the Costa Valencia just outside of the city limits, it won’t be difficult to reach the largest towns of the coast and even Valencia.

Lunch with an alcoholic drink will cost an average of 20-25 euros, and in small bars on the coast you can enjoy freshly prepared lobster and fish dishes - also around for the same price.

Of the sights that are definitely worth visiting, one can recommend a castle from the 13^th century in Sagunto, churches and cathedrals in Oliva, and of course, the city of Valencia, which does not has a lot to offer in a cultural respect, almost as much as Barcelona.
