Once you have conducted your initial search, you can use the tools embedded in the left-hand side of the results page to specify the type of property you are looking for in terms of price range, property category (house, flat, etc.), and square meters of living space. To narrow your search to a specific price range or total number of square meters, all you have to do is select minimum and maximum values from the dropdown boxes labeled PRICE and AREA. The page will refresh to reflect your choices the instant you make these adjustments.
If you are searching for a property in a large city for which there are many listings, you can pinpoint your search to a smaller area. To do this, click on the Refine the location option located on the left-hand side of the results page and select the neighborhood or area you are interested in.
You can even order your search results according to various criteria such as price and square meters of living space.
