The first thing you should do if you have trouble receiving Taloki emails is to verify whether they are being routed to your spam folder. We recommend that you add us to your contact list so that your server will not mistakenly classify messages sent to you via our platform as spam.
If this is not the problem, click on the Contact Taloki icon located in the Help Center area at the bottom of our homepage and fill out the email address, name, subject and message fields on the form provided. Please specify the nature of the problem you are having and don’t forget to include an alternative email address we can use to reach you. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue as soon as possible and will keep you up to date about actions taken via the secondary email address you have provided us.
